About us
We’re a collective of multidisciplinary media shape-shifters, unafraid to tackle tech, and explore and redefine norms within culture and industry.
Who we are
Roller Media is a group of media and tech experts who are committed to delivering the best content on emerging platforms. We’re a modular team - meaning we cover the US and Canada, running productions remotely and on-site. We’re proud to be a majority minority-owned collective.
About us
How we roll
As we build, create, advise, and provide services, we are committed to creating equitable, inclusive, and fair opportunities for the organization and its members. We believe that by integrating equitable practices in our work, we will put more impactful and equitable products into the world.
Equity & Impact
Excellence
We strive for excellence in the small and large tasks. Excellence is not excess, it is delivering exactly what is needed to move the vision along. It is in listening, understanding, executing, and delivering services and products at a standard that is best in class.
Our Actions Meet Our Words
Talking is easy. Constantly acting and doing what we say we will do is our North Star.
Mutual Respect
We believe that everyone has a story to tell and that no one person has all the answers. We treat one another with respect and celebrate that our differences make us unique. Our experiences and lives are richer when we take the time to embrace and respect one another’s journeys and integrate this richness in all our projects.
